Step 1
Notify your current condo manager

2 to 6 months before the GA

Send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to your current syndic asking him to include a resolution on the agenda of the next General Meeting concerning the change of syndic of the co-ownership.

Make sure that the General Meeting takes place before the end of the current syndic's contract to simplify the change and if possible in a neutral location.

Obtain your letters and trustee agreement in one click: Homeland will send you, on request or by using the form below, a standard letter to be sent to your current trustee as well as the draft trustee agreement to be attached to the resolution when the General Meeting is convened.

Step 2
Meeting to visit the condominium

Homeland sets up a meeting with the current syndical council to visit the co-ownership in order to discover the common parts, to prepare the change of syndic as well as possible and to be able to carry out your projects at the end of the contract of the current syndic, i.e. the day after the AGM of appointment of the new syndic.

Step 3
Designation of the new condo manager

AGM day

On the day of the AGM, Homeland participates in order to present its offer and contract to all participants before the vote on the trustees.
All the co-owners present elect the new syndic by a majority of article 25 (majority of the votes of all the co-owners) then by a majority of article 24 if necessary (majority of the co-owners present or represented).
If Homeland is appointed, we take over the secretariat of the General Meeting in order to be able to ratify the decisions taken by the co-owners in the minutes.
And for the rest, we will recover your archives from the former syndic, who will have between 15 days and 3 months maximum to hand them over to us.
We do not charge any takeover fees and we take care of everything!
