We guarantee the strict confidentiality of this information, which is required to process your request and manage our business relations. The personal data collected by Homeland is subject to automated processing for the purposes of property management and negotiation, customer management and sales operations.

The nominative information that we collect comes from the voluntary registration of this information on our contact forms. The information required by Homeland to process and execute your requests is indicated by an asterisk (*) on our pages. The other information requested, for which the answer is optional, is intended to get to know you better and thus improve the services we offer you.

It is kept by the data controller in reasonable conditions of security, for a period of : 20 years in accordance with articles 2224 and 2232 of the French Civil Code (cut-off date) - this period complies with HOMELAND's legal and regulatory obligations.
