Aubervilliers has a lot to look forward to, as 332 million euros will be invested in the city. The main projects are as follows:
- 5,280 homes will be renovated or demolished before being rebuilt;
- most of the social housing destroyed and rebuilt in these neighborhoods (299 in Émile-Dubois and 193 in Villette Quatre Chemins) will be redeveloped and integrated into the private sector;
- A comprehensive road rehabilitation plan is proposed for all five districts, including increased planting of vegetation;
- a new school complex will be built in the Émile Dubois district;
- the Jacques-Prévert school group in Cité Villette will benefit from a major renovation.
In Albertivilliers, condominium charges average 34€ per m² per year (ranging from 20€ to 54€). Of course, these vary according to a number of factors: the number of elevators in the condominium, the work carried out, the number of lots, the presence or absence of building employees/caretakers, the type of heating chosen...
For example: an owner in a condominium of less than 200 lots with at least one building employee will pay €239 in charges per month, i.e. €56 more than in a condominium without a building employee.
