The town of Bagneux is located south of Paris, in the Hauts de Seine department, in the Île de France region. Its population was 40,936 in 2019, covering an area of 4.19 km², with a population density of 9,770 inhabitants per square kilometer. Green spaces account for 47.35 hectares.
Bagneux is home to 222 condominiums. Nearly half (104) have fewer than 10 lots, while only 2 have more than 200. The majority of condominiums were built before 1949. The rate of construction then fell steadily until 2000. Since then, there has been a strong upturn, with 38 new condominiums built after 2011.
Bagneux is currently engaged in a major transformation of its territory. The projects are as follows:
- the arrival of lines 4 and 15 to the north will accelerate the development of the future O'Mathurins district to the south, and the many urban developments that will follow;
- In the northern districts, the new Lucie-Aubrac metro station will be developed with the ZAC ÉcoQuartier Victor Hugo, in addition to the renovation of the Pierre Plate district;
- the Abbé Grégoire Montesquieu Mirabeau site will be restructured and refurbished;
- The Brémond/Lamotte consortium of developers has been chosen as the winner of the "Le Temps sur Mesure" project to redevelop the Blanchard-Croizat/Fortin site;
- the "Plaine de jeux" will be redeveloped to create 187 housing units in 4 buildings.
If you live in Bagneux, your condominium charges will range from €20 to €49 per m2. Charges obviously vary according to other criteria, such as the number of lots, the presence of an elevator or building employee, or simply the individualization of heating and energy optimization work.
For example, in a Bagneux condominium with more than 200 main lots, the average condominium charges will be €2,473 per year, or €206 per month.
