As a homeowner in Bordeaux, you'll pay an average of €20 per m2 in condominium charges, which can vary from €9 to €32. The running costs of an apartment or house in a condominium vary according to a number of criteria: the presence of employees to look after the garden, for example, or of a janitor, will considerably increase costs.
For example, if you own an apartment in a residence with over 200 lots, you'll pay an average of €1,341 in running costs, or €111 per month. Conversely, if you live in a residence with 11 to 49 lots, no elevator and collective heating, your service charges will only be 67€ per month.
