Only 44 have between 40 and 199 lots, and 6 have more than 200 lots. Professional syndicates monopolize condominium management. There are 202 of them, compared with 27 non-professional syndicates. However, almost half of all condominiums (183) do without an agent. Nearly 35% of condominiums were built before 1949. The remainder were built more or less evenly over the years, with the exception of the 1994-200 period, which saw a dip.
Choisy-le-Roi's municipal council has voted unanimously to approve the application for the creation of the Navigateurs-Cosmonautes ZAC, in order to submit it to the Prefecture. This is a large-scale urban project designed to open up the southern part of the town. The ZAC will provide new public facilities and open up the district to the surrounding environment.
