Only 6 of these have more than 200 lots. 322 of Pantin's condominiums are managed by professional trustees, compared with 53 by non-professional trustees. 249 condominiums were already in existence before 1949. Since then, construction has fallen steadily, until 2011, when there was a slight upturn.
The Agence Nationale de Rénovation Urbaine (ANRU) is based in Pantin. As Seine Saint Denis is the main recipient of its funding, it seemed logical to choose a commune belonging to this department. The city's projects are diverse and spread across its surface area. They aim to modernize the city while preserving its soul, breathe new life into historic buildings and create pleasant housing adapted to new uses.
For residents of Pantin, condominium charges are €1,060 for complexes with fewer than 10 lots, €1,336 for complexes with 11 to 49 lots, €1,898 for complexes with 50 to 199 lots and €1,994 for complexes with more than 200 lots. The best ways to reduce condominium charges are to individualize heating costs or carry out energy-efficiency renovations.
For a complex of 50 to 199 lots, condominium charges can rise from €1,553 for a condominium with an elevator and individual heating, to €1,958 for a condominium with an elevator and collective heating.
