Le Plessis Robinson is a commune in the Hauts de Seine department, in the Île de France region, southwest of Paris. The town boasts an exceptional natural setting. At 178 meters, its highest point is the highest in the department, offering a unique all-round view of the southern suburbs of Paris. Le Plessis Robinson boasts a 14-hectare sports park with green spaces. In addition, there are 3 hectares of allotments in the garden cities, 24 hectares of gardens and squares managed by OPDH 92 and 42 hectares of wooded parkland managed by the Hauts-de-Seine General Council. Le Plessis Robinson has 210 condominiums. Three-quarters (147) are managed by professional syndicates. Only 16 condominiums were built before 1949. Since then, construction has increased overall, with a peak between 2001 and 2010. Since then, the pace has slowed.
Plessis Robinson's major urban project is the development of the Ponant block, part of an overall project to revitalize the Noveos business park. Together with the sports park and the technology park, it is destined to become a mixed-use neighborhood of housing, jobs and facilities. The emphasis is on greenery to provide residents with a green setting. Housing units will be set amid groves of trees, hedgerows, melliferous flowerbeds and riverside plants. The ornamental pond is the central element of the project. Spanned by two bridges and punctuated by four waterfalls, it is bordered by quays and planted banks. The heart of the block will be entirely dedicated to pedestrians. Bicycle storage facilities will be installed on the first floor of each housing program, and new modes of transport will be encouraged.
As a homeowner in Le Plessis Robinson, you'll pay an average of €29 per m² in condominium charges, which can vary from €21 to €44. Current charges for an apartment or house in a condominium vary according to a number of criteria. The presence of an employee to look after the garden, for example, or of a janitor, will considerably increase costs.
For example, if you own an apartment in a residence with between 11 and 49 main lots, you'll pay an average of €2,034 in current service charges, or €169 per month. Conversely, if you live in a residence with over 200 lots, you'll pay an average of €1,925 in running costs, or €160 per month.
